As most of Mr. Trent Jones´ designs,
the course calls for the players to use
their brain rather than muscle.

It is difficult, and was designed to be so.
The fairways are among the best
around, and the greens are very, very
fast, and difficult to read.

The 17th is of course world famous with
the small lake guarding this reachable
par 5.
It does set you back to play the course, but hey, you can then boast to your friends that you
have played the best course in Europe!

19th Hole:
Valderrama naturally has a very classy club house and restaurant, and generally the facilities
are top drawer.

How to get there:
Take the exit 130 on the main coast road towards La Linea / Gibraltar, go right at the round
about under the main road. At the next round about take the first road right towards
Valderrama. You wil come to a new roundabout where you have the turning for Valderrama
on your right.
